How can I register?
|

You have always the opportunity to create a dollsfahion-shop customer account at any time.
To do so, please follwo the link "Registration" in the "Login" screen or register directly during the ordering process after pressing the "To Your Order" button.
You will then see a form in which you have to fill in your registration details.
Please note:
Your Password must consist of at least 6 characters; otherwise you can't carry on with the registration process.
We are working on it to solve this problem.
After you filled in your details and sent your registrationby pressing the "Send Registration" button, your account will be created and you will receive a verification email.

How can I log in?

You can log in to the dollfashion shop with the username and password chosen during the registration process.
You can do so either by pressing the "Login" button or during the ordering process after pressing the button "To Your Order".

I forgot my password, how can I get a new one?
|
|
| |
In case you forgot your password you can request a new one following the link "Lost your password?" in the menu "Login".
Please enter your username and email address and click "Send Password". We will then send you your new password to the entered email address.
Use this password to log on to dollfashion shop again.

How can I change my password?
|
|

After logging in, you can change your password in your customer account. The button "Account Maintenance" brings you to the Customer Information Overview.
The password can be changed in the menu "Account Information". There enter a new password. Save changes details. From then on your new password will be vaild.

How can I change my billing information?
|
|

When you logged in, you can change your billing information in your customer account. The button "Account Maintenance" brings you to the Customer Account Overview.
The billing information can be changed in the field "Account Information". Save the changes.

How can I enter a new shipping address?
|
|
| |
You can enter a new shipping address in the menu "Account Maintenance" or during the Ordering Process.
After you logged in, you can include a new shipping address in your Customer Account. The button "Account Maintenance" brings you to the Customer Information Overview. In the field "Shipping Information" you can add a new shipping address or change existing ones.
During the Ordering Process you can enter a new Delivery Address or choose from a list one og the already entered addresses.

Where can I see what I have ordered?
|
|
| |
After you logged in, a summary of your orders will be show in the Customer Account Overview.
